Field Trips

These will be in the weekly newspapers along with the cost of each trip, you do not have to pre-register, but I do need this permission form signed for you to go.  Planned trips are Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks, Thief River Falls Waterpark, Bemidji Roller-Skating and the Moondance Ranch.

 

I hereby give permission for my child named above to participate in the Win-E-Mac Summer Recreation program.  I will not hold the City of McIntosh liable and I will assume all legal responsibility and liability for all injuries and accidents.
